Auctioneer License requirements differ from state to state. We are licensed in Texas and other states allow us to conduct auctions through reciprocal agreements and or approval from local municipalities.
Charity benefits are a little more complicated since some counties regulate who can and cannot conduct your auction and whether or not they can be compensated. We travel anytime, anywhere to conduct your auction. Below you will find some of the states we do business in and what the law says:
